Do you have a Paypal account?
If so look at the page with your purchases. It will tell you if your payment has been accepted.
If the robe is coming from India by Air Mail, it should arrived in about 20 days. If more than 30 days pass, come back and we will help you.
If you do not have a Paypal account (the Indian version is called PaisaPay, I think), then you have ordered but not paid. You will need to open a PP account.
Contact the seller and explain about the short delay.
