I had the same issue, I had to switch browsers.  I was using Internet Explorer and now for firefox.

To post this "answer" I get to select between Rich Text and HTML format, there are fonts, size of font, bold, italic, underline, etc. etc.

Here, but to post the description of my ads I have NONE of these options.

So, I really don't have an answer but the same question.

How can we post a description with all these options???
