I cannot pay for my item on Ebay it comes up with an error "This recipient is currently unable to receive money" and I contacted paypal and they told me that the person doesn't have a Pay Pal Account and I tried contacting the seller 5 or 6 times and he hasn't replied to my email requests. What is the next step can you please call me. I tired to pay I don't know how many times but it won't let me pay the item.
