Seller accepted my offer then he sold it to someone else

My Offer was accepted then the seller sold to someone else what can I do ??

At the least I should be able to give him a bad mark on feed back. This totally wrong practice.

If the item was still listed when your offer was accepted, but another member paid full price for it before you paid your (discounted) offer, the first one with the money wins.

This is business. Someone paid more than you did and did it sooner.

He accepted and didn't send a invoice, how could I pay sooner ! ask him for a day and a half for a invoice.
