Um, you need to contact the seller you bought it from, we won't know much since we don't have the PayPal account details to confirm this info.

Ask your seller for the date and service he used to ship.

Many sellers just ship and don't communicate much. It takes upwards of 15 to 20 days from payment for items to arrive from the USA.

You can confirm that you did in fact pay for the item by looking at your Paypal account.
