I guess you mean "I paid my order and the seller shipped to the wrong address"
Contact the seller and ask him if he already shipped the item, if not, to change the address.
If he already sent, then you may need to wait for the item to be returned back to the seller to let him send again at your own fees (since it's your error), or to go at the first address you provided to ask neighbor to keep the parcel for you.
