If your item was shipped with US Postal Services. Go to USPS.com. There will be a tracking tab on the page, then enter your tracking #. Walah your package will show it's location and expected delivery. Same will work for other carriers also Canada Post, Fedex etc
as long as you know with whom it was shipped.

According to the Canada Post website
On June 27th
Recipient not located at address provided. Item being returned to sender.

Tracking is irrelevant. All it can tell you is that you have not received it and you already know that.
Concentrate on getting your money back.
Open an Item Not Received dispute:

And get your refund.
