Because some of colors are very similar, I thought they are 24 colors but there are two set of 12 colors package. I asked the seller who is so many times but they never answer me. For my understanding, even they believe their items are no problem, they still have to explain or reply my email. Their customer service are so bad. Now, it is expired to leave feedback and open a case file, does anyone can tell me how can I do? Thank you.
