I submitted a "Best Offer" at the "Buy Now" price with addition accessories to be included as a sale condition. Buyer won't honor conditons

I submitted a "Best offer" at the "Buy Now " price with a condition in the message box requesting accessories - batteries and a charger for the product. Buyer eagerly excepted this offer but after sending product will not honor the accessory condition. Says it is not Ebay policy & it is against the rules to have buying conditions. It obviously was an auto offer reply but the Ebay seller guide says a best offer with an attached message can not be excepted by an auto reply. I did message the seller right after payment asking what type of batteries/charger they would be sending and they did not respond. I opened a complaint with Paypal to document my case and then contacted the seller directly with my concern.  The seller then escalated the complaint and Paypal is encouraging me to return the product. Problem is it will cost me $60 to ship it back & I will be out $53 on Canadian tax & handling fees!!

    Buyers cannot ask for items to be included, if items are not clearly stated in auction (ie. comes with charger, extra battery, bla,bla,bla) you get the picture.

    Can't make your own rules up as you go along.

I'm afraid you've "made your bed" on this one....a buyer cannot just ask for extra things and expect to get them because you sent a "note"
