Did you attach your bank account information to your Paypal account? If not, do so.
Did you attach your credit card information to your Paypal account? If not, do so. This gives you an extra level of protection in Disputes and more flexibility in buying.
Has the credit card you have attached to your account expired? Update it on the PP site.
Remember most of the telephone clerks are working from a script. If your problem doesn't fit the script, or if the clerk uses English as a third or fourth language, a telephone call won't help.
