Take a look at other listings on eBay:
http://www.ebay.ca/sch/Paper-Money-World-/3411/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=iraq+one+dinar
At first site it appears the one dinar note is not worth the fees charged by eBay and PayPal for a transaction.

Have you tried running a Google search for the World paper money book. Google is sometimes very helpful for this like this.

I think pierre's advice still stands.
It's pre-Saddam and post-Ottoman, might be from the WWII era pro-Nazi government.
Research the history of Iraq rather than the note.
Generally, overlooking the poor condition of the note, since I know nothing of grading banknotes, low value notes from failed states and third world countries are of little value.
There is probably a description of how to grade banknotes in the front of the catalogue you are using.

Have you checked out colnect.com banknote listings?
Appears to be King Khazi (1933-1939).
Signatures: Leopold Stennett Amery - Ja'far Pasha al-Askari
Official banknotes with watermark were printed in England.
Print quality is low, so either a counterfeit or perhaps printed in Iraq as as a temporary measure (possibly 1933 before the banknotes from England arrived).
