I brought basketball from eBay and when I pay for it the bill show me to pay 317 canada dollars .when the process turn to PayPal and it ask me to pay 403 canada dollars.because my careless I payed it.after that I found the import charge reach 98 canada dollar.i regret to buy the goods .i ask the seller to refound the goods .but he don't respond me .i am so mad when I saw how much I payed is there any way to refund the import charge or I can't .
