Is the guest sign in broken? Whenever I try to track my order it directs me to ebay log in screen but I can't find the option to sign in as a guest user. I looked everywhere, tried everything I can find but still the same thing. It still asks me to log in. I tried using the email on my order and used to access code as a password but still no luck. I just want to track my order why does it have to be so troublesome.

Did you use the same email as guest as you use for your regular ebay account?

That can cause problems.

Yeah I did, but whenever I try to click "TRACK MY ORDER" it directs me to the normal sign in page with no option to sign as a guest user.

Hi,

I am having the same problem. The « view order details » option on the email received after my purchase as a guest brings me to a page where the sign in as guest option is not available (and entering my email, and the access code received as a password doesn't work). I did find a link to the american page (https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SignIn&UsingSSL=1&pUserId=&co_partnerId=2&siteid=0&ru=http%...) where that option is available, but entering the right infos only brings me back to the canadian page where the option isn't available.

Anyone?
