Direct eBay support email hasn't been available for years.

When it starts back up in 2017 there are the weekly Wednesday threads hosted by an eBay employee.

If you have an issue that is troubling you, why not post your question to the boards where other members can help?  If it is about something you have sold, try the Seller Central board:

You can get a better thread going there and you will get more personal attention and more detailed answers than you will ever get from eBay.  Most users who have been around a while know more than the CS reps anyway.
