I have buyer who wants to keep item and full refund because I sent item to wrong address. Her address is different on the 2 sites. I sent to Ebay address. Or she wants me to send duplicate items to the Paypal address. What do I do? Either way I would be out of pocket for everything for her mistake in not updating her information?

A buyer can legitimately have up to a dozen "gift " addresses with Paypal. None need be matched to the eBay address.
However, for Seller Protection, the seller has to ship to 'a' PP address. The eBay address does not count.

Out of pocket? Yes.
Dealing with a scammer? Seems likely.
However, most of your items, going by your feedback, seem to be in the $3-$10 range. Personally, I would refuse a replacement and offer a refund 'in full'. Just because it's cheaper.
At the Ontario minimum wage of 17 cents a minute, a $3.00 loss is 17 minutes of your life.
Don't let this escalate into a Dispute over 17 minutes. a Dispute which, unhappily, you would lose.

She wants to keep the item? Does that mean she actually received it? Add her to your blocked bidders list.
