Hello fellow Canadians,
Maybe I am just tired so forgive me if I'm missing something... but I have an item listed for $29.00US. I put it on sale with 10% off. So it should be 29.00-$2.90. The selling price should be $26.10 - which it shows when I click on the item itself.
However in my "Sold" section and the emails from eBay and Paypal it is showing that the item is sold for $20.00US.
Am I missing something?
Thank you!

I don't know much about the conversion rates, but is the PayPal amount in CAD, not USD?
My only other thought is that the $20 might be the total AFTER your fees.

Could it be that you had "make an offer" option there with $20 programmed as sufficient offer?

20.00 us is about 26.00 in canadian funds, did you list in canadian funds?

If it is item #121915603306, it shows as sold by a best offer price. Was the automatic acceptance tool turned on? Try relisting it without actually going through the whole process. It will show you if it was turned on.

OK so I'm blushing here...
I just started using the "make an offer" option and forgot that it was turned on on that item.
Thanks guys and sorry for the oversight.

I wish there was something that indicated that - somewhere 😞

My guess is that the item sold by BO for $20 automatically.
It gets really confusing when when an item sells on sale by BO.

That's ok Alex.
I had no idea that was sold by Best Offer. There was no indication anywhere, unless I missed it.
Thanks!
