Moved to Mexico. Can I change my registration shipping info with the same account?

Paypal is registered and veryfied here in Mexico in my name.

Registration is in my wifes name. Can I change her name to mine in registration?Can I change my phone number to a Mexico phone number? Shipping address will be the same as reg. address.

Any info would be helpfull. I don´t want to loose my ratings, just want to get back selling and buying again. Learning Spanish came first.

If the eBay account is registered in your wife's name, it can't be transferred into your name. You'll have to register a new account in your name.
