Any idea why canadian ebay seller can not use the ''MyStoreMap'' ?... Or maybe you can suggest other apps like this one working for us ?

You do not have an eBay store. 

What does that "MyStoreMap" does?

Is it used by sellers or by buyers?

This apps displayed on a map your buyers... and no I don't have an eBay store !

Although they offer a "free" subscription, the only requirement I see when I try to sign in is:

"a PayPal account is required for subscribing to Apps for eBay."

Where do you see that a resident of Canada is not eligible? 

Have you tried loading the app when signed in on eBay.com (not .ca)?

Just try it via ebay.com and keep received the following msg

''We are sorry. Applications are currently only available for users registered to certain sites''

... that is why I thought it was only for ebay.com sellers.

I have tried to sign in there also. I get the same response. I assumed it was because I am registered on .ca.

I got in and got an "invitation":

Usage fee

• Up to 500 feedback: $1.95 per month
• 501 to 1,500: $2.95 per month
• 1,501 to 3,000: $3.95 per month
• 3,001 to 5,000: $6.95 per month
• and Over 5,000 $9.95 per month

I should pay for something that is, at best, lame?

It is FREE for North American map, you only need to pay fees for World maps.
