NONE OF MY LISTINGS SHOW UP ON EBAY.COM

I have over 300 listings ending today for Swarovski in Decorative Collectibles catagory. NOT ONE is showing up at eBay.com even though they are all listed Worldwide.

Is anyone else having this same difficulty?

They do show up.

Under sort criteria "ending soonest" they are right on top.

Under "best match" you are pages deep.

Looks as if you need to work on optimizing for "best match". Have fun]:)

That's why I think it's always better to include the shipping cost for the areas you ship, Have 3 shipping areas one for Canada second USA Third over seas and near
the very bottom select will ship worldwide.

for most items that are very close in weight put the average shipping cost, loose on some and gain on another.

for items that are like very big or heavy use the Built in Shipping Calculator, if setup properly it works very well, you can even use it for all your Listing's and just mention the average shipping cost in your listings if you wish, since many buyers don't want to bother to type in there zip code.

By doing the above you know for sure your listings will show up on all the sites, also make sure you have all the country's selected in your Powersellers prefences

hope this helps you

xenalook: You are right, I was looking under "Best Match". How do you optimize for "Best Match"? I sell over 600 items, about 75% in the same catagory so I would have thought that more would show up.

I always show three shipping charges: 1 for Canada, 1 for USA and 3 for International.

If you pick Worldwide, you could be the victim of the glitch. See item 250237361534. Listed Canada: $5.00 USA: $5.00 Worldwide: $100

What does it say for USA on top of the page, just under selling price?

"What does it say for USA on top of the page, just under selling price? "

"To United States -- US $100.00"

This is the result of your listing including USA in worldwide. To avoid the problem, you need to de-select USA from the worldwide shipping section. .

didn't u read what pierrelebe wrote, you must de-select from the worldwide shipping section, or like also said b4 you can be a victom of this bug "See item 250237361534"

selecting worldwide will not allways fix your issue also

isn't it nice now, the cold is gone & snow:)

Hi gifts_of_elegance

Take a look at:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250237361534&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.ebay.com%3A80%2Fsearch%2Fsearch.dll%3Ffrom%3DR40%26_trksid%3Dm37%26satitle%3D250237361534%26category0%3D%26fvi%3D1

You need to revise and de-select USA from worldwide. .

Thank You Pierre for your help but I was not asking how to over-come the glitch. I have already done that. My intent was to alert other sellers that this glitch exists and to show proof of it. I know there are many sellers who are not aware of it.
Perhaps you could tell us why eBay has not removed the "Worldwide" option if there is a glitch in it? Why not just let sellers pick the countries they want to ship to?

Hi gifts_of_elegance

"not asking how to over-come the glitch. I have already done that"

Please take a look again at the link offered in post #9

If the viewer changes location to USA in shipping box - your $100 charge is still there! It has not been fixed.

As stated earlier, you need to revise the listing by de-selecting USA from the worldwide shipping section.

" Why not just let sellers pick the countries they want to ship to? "

You can do that from the selection offered in the shipping section. .

I use Turbolister for all my listings.

If you use Turbolister you can direct where your listings will go.

Do the following...

(1) Under Tools... Select Options

(2) Under Options and Preferences... Select seller options

(3) Select eBay sites, and you can select where your listings will go ( ebay will upload information for all sites selected.

Default site.... can also select your primary site... I have selected eBay US... My listings go directly to eBay US when I upload to eBay

All of my listings show up in the main search on eBay.com and eBay.ca

Adjusting the ... Ships to ... Worldwide, US and so forth does not direct where the listings will go.. It shows where you are willing to ship.... such that even if you only list on eBay,ca... a potential buyer will see that you are willing to ship to the US, worldwide or elsewhere.

In Turbolister.... You change this ... Ships to... option under shipping Options in right column... towards the bottom... this is after you have clicked on the title on main TL page.

Can also revise ... Ships to ... in an active listing... towards the end of the first page.
