I've run into two separate issues and looking for advice.
1: I made a purchase from a seller in China 12 days ago and they have yet to ship the item and have failed to respond to my inquiries about this. I am definitely feeling a lack of faith in this seller. I would prefer just getting the order canceled and refunded so I can purchase from another seller.
2: I made a purchase from a different seller for a different item. Even though the seller had a decent amount of positive feedback spread out over several years, they became an unregistered user within 12 hrs of my purchase and never shipped the item it seems. How do I proceed from here?
