New store selling stamps

Hi,

I have no store now, if I open a store before Jun 27, would the Final Value Fee drops from 9% to 6% ?

And do I also have 150 free insertion items per every 30 days ?

Final Value Fee rate is based on what was the rate in effect at the date/time the listing was made and remains in effect until the listing sells or ends.

So to get the new rate, it must be in effect at the time you list. You must wait until the new rate starts.

The 150 free listings with an eBay basic store is per calendar month.

So if you start a store June 26, if you create a listing starting on June 26, the 9% FVF rate would be in efffect the entire duration of the listing. The same listing started on June 27 would have a FVF rate of 6% for the entire duration of the listings.

So it is better to to get the store and start your listings on June 27.
