I bought an item from china and it broke after a day. The seller told me to send it back to get a refund, which I did only if they agreed to pay the postage which they did. Months later they finally said that it was received and agreed to give me a refund. The refund was never received after DAILY E-MAILS from the seller saying the refund has been issued( 15 days!!!). The last e-mail I received stated I have to talk to my manager to give a refund. What should I do?

How long ago since purchase.?
Did you pay with credit card.?
If longer than 45 days since purchase and you
did not pay with credit card then just keep your
fingers crossed and hope they send your refund.
How much money is involved here.

It has been 3 months from the time I purchased since I was told the package was received. They are a reputable company with their own website. Do you think E-Bay will help?

No, Ebay or Paypal will not help you as it has been
more than 45 days since the purchase.
However there is a slim chance your credit card company
will help if you paid by credit card.
If you paid with a credit card call the 1-800 number on the
back of the card and see if you can do a chargeback.
You will need all the info regarding the purchase.
Credit card companies also have time limits so you may still be SOL.
