One Neg. feedback is killing me!

I'm just a new powerseller and was just strating to finally get my sales up and an established 100% feedback. Last week I got my first neg. for an item the guy started out saying he didn't want and wanted all his money back including shipping. When I offered to replace no questions asked, he changed his tune to "it is broken and inefficient" and wants his $ back and blackmailed me with neg. feedback. When I wouldn't refund, he left me the neg. Since then, my store is sucking wind! More visitors than I have ever had and no sales.
Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with a neg. feedback like this? This one feeback has bsically killed my store. Do I just have to wait it out? Even if I offered to give it back now, the damage is done.

Besides being very breakable you also write I give 100% guarantee you will receive as shown and described. Yes, that means that I will send you item that you saw on photo but I don't give you in this sentence any warranty for delivery by Canada post. When you will by from me figurine you will receive total request with my rules. Now if you didn't chose to pay for warranty delivery I would like to see how you can win claim with me thought E-bay if you figurine arrived in broken package. Don't forget I have 3 photos in my computer from packing you figure. Try me, buy one!!!

If you write 100% guarantee in your listings that means 100%. If there are limitations to your guarantee that you send to the buyer after they win then you should write limited guarantee in your listings so the potential buyer knows to ask what the limitations are before bidding. Buyers are told to read the discription of products carefully before bidding. If someone sees 100% in a discription it means 100%! They shouldn't have to assume that your statement means 100%, execpt for other things. They are bidding on the information that they see in your listing. They shouldn't have to be mind readers thinking that you will send a whole new set of rules after they win the auction.

..i would think that %100 guarantee means on the product alone, not the shipping circumstances..

Yes, it is 100% that is my item that I will send you looks like on photo and I described. But again for you I'm not Canadian post Office. Now before you start to sale any items on E-bay ask you lawyer what is you responses for product. Then no any more discussion, just try to buy one figurine from me. Are you scare?
