Opinion please

Hi everyone,

  I won an auction on Feb 17th. I received notification that the item was shipped from the U.S. on Feb 23rd.

  I contacted the seller on Mar 11th to let them know I still had not received my item. I agreed to wait another week because I have had items arrive up to 3 weeks.

 However it's now the 19th and it still hasn't arrived so I contacted the seller again. They have offered either a credit or replacement. I would rather have the replacement but I only have until Apr 2 to file an item not received claim. 

 What would you do?

I would file an item not received with paypal now.

If he sends a replacement it probably wouldn't arrive

in time to file a claim later.

If you do receive it after claim is settled you can always

resend the money.

Tell seller you are not prepared to invest more time in the transaction and to please refund payment.

If none in 2/3 days , open the dispute and escalate to a claim. As previously stated , can close claim on arrival or repay if after.
