PAYPAL - Receiving limits

Hi All,
Whenever I receive a PayPal payment there is always this note on it:
Have you increased your withdrawal and receiving limits? Just log in to your PayPal account, go to the Account Overview page, and click View Limits.
Why am I not able to find this?
I click on the word OVERVIEW...and it's just my normal page.
This question has been bugging me for awhile and so I finally thought I would ask!
Anyone know?

I don't see it, either, Susan.
If I remember correctly, it's only visible if you ARE limited. Once you verify the account, the limits disappear.

I get that same message all of the time, Susan. I called PayPal a couple of years ago in that regard. He tried to tell me where to find the link, without success, before realizing that I was in Canada. Apparently, the page is different for Canadians and does not have that link.
He said there was actually no limit and I have never had any problems even though that message is always there.

I agree with westernstargifts, I get the same message..there is no link. this message is permanent. My opinion, paypal letting buyer know, there is limit and restriction available on account with paypal..buyer /seller should be aware.
