PayPal Refund Error

So, I recently purchased an item in where I got a refunded for it. I paid for it through my credit card, but he sent the refund back to a PayPal link. When I click the link to get the refund, an error pops up every time. I am already signed in to my PayPal. And there's no activity for it within PayPal or the payment returned from my credit card

I am not sure what to do or if even anyone can help me with this. Does anyone have any solution to this PayPal error?

A refund always goes back to the original funding source so it will go back to your credit card but may take a few days to do so. The seller would have gone through PayPal to do the refund because PP processes cc payments and refunds.
