You entered your address into Paypal.
Did you check it before you accepted the address as correct?
If not, or if there is a problem, go back and correct it now.

Contact your seller and give her the correct address.
She can write the apartment number on to the printed label.
Your seller would not know that you live in an apartment building, btw. Only the unit number on the address could tell her that and apparently that is missing. So it is unlikely that she would cancel for a missing number that she doesn't know is missing.
If the item has been mailed with the incomplete address--
Depending on the size of the building and on the size of the purchase, the postie may be able to fix this.
If your building is small (four to 10 units) put a sign on your mailbox telling the postie (politely) that you might be getting mail without the unit number.
If the parcel is large, the postie would be leaving a notice rather than the parcel itself. Go to the local Postal Outlet, ask if your parcel has arrived and ask them to put a notice in the holding room with your correct and complete address. You may have to go back several times. When they come up with the parcel, give them some chocolate.
Keep in mind through all this hassle, that the original mistake was yours in not checking that your address was correct. Accept responsibility for your action (or inaction).
