Does anyone have a work around? Someone came up with one the last time this happened when the problem lasted weeks. I guarantee shipping within 24 hours so this is disastrous.

What browser are you using? FireFox has been having issues on and off for weeks.

Try Internet Explorer. Do not try Google Chrome because it prints very small labels for about a year.

Another browser to try is Opera. No idea if Opera would help.

If the bale does not print, you can go to another browser and try reprint option there. If you try too many times, it is locked and you must create a new label. The file for a refund for the voided label.

I do use IE. This is a known issue for Paypal. Apparently, it happened after Pitney Bowes did some sort of update. I understood that it was system wide. Have you been able to print any labels today?

I printed a few labels on IE on Sunday evening. In the last week, I've only had problems when using Firefox.

What sort of error message are you getting?

I was getting 'Paypal shipping is not available at this time'. One of the issues was the new requirement for HS codes. Once I figured out not to put the period in the number, it worked. However, I was never able to print an overseas label and haven't since had the opportunity to try again.

Actually, I did get that 'not available' message as well but I just tried again right away and it worked. But your problem could have been different than mine.
