I spend hours creating my stylized gallery shot - it's my brand, and some person (i use the term loosly) can just steal them, and disrupt my brand?
I think it's ridiculous that I spend hours, to create a fantastic gallery shot only to have it stolen which undermines my brand and my customer recognition.
Does anyone know if regular reporting will get the correct response (having the offending listing removed) or if calling the powerseller hotline will do anything? I very seriously want action against this violator.

110158821309 mine - and I have ended and relisted mine with an even darker HHIND Logo (110201412415) to hopefully make it harder for this to happen again.
I have been using this gallery shot for a very long time, older listings include: 110136882738 I wish I could go farther back to demonstrate my historical use of my image but after awhile they become "invalid listings" due to age.
12x12 paper is brutal to scan. Each sheet has to be scanned 4 times, then correctly pieced to match the original sheet to perfection, then the layout has to be created. Each collection takes a long time to do. It really burns as I have built up a "brand" image (you can see almost all of my auctions have this stylized look to them) and instant recognition with this stylized gallery shot. It has taken me 2 years to get to this point and it drives me wild that people can just do this.
I'm still fighting about the other listing...hoping she will remove my images from that one too (if not on this listing because it has bids then on her next go) but I only have her word she'll do so. I don't care about the vendor supplied shots, but my personal photo montages to help the buyer with their purchasing decisions are not ones I am willing to give out.
Why should I work to 3am most nights so people like this can profit off of my labor?

Did you report it to .ca or .com. I have found that .ca is much better at responding, regardless of the site on which the listing is placed. Keep reporting over and over until someone does something.

I was told they would no longer respond to me on this issue (this is the first time reported) unless I have other proof or new information.
Sort of inflamed me a bit as how much proof does one need?
Here is what Henri actually wrote to me:
"Again, we do understand that you feel very strongly about this issue. We have fully investigated this issue and have come to a point in which no
further discussion is needed regarding this particular issue until more
evidence can be provided. Although future emails from you will be read,
unless they contain additional information for review or are about
another topic altogether, we may not respond."

You don't need more evidence, you need a human with a brain to look at the information. Holy cow they're getting even more stupid. I honestly didn't think that was possible. :(

when you report, just make sure the date of item numbers that you provide are correct. I mean, the date of item that you provide them with number MUST be older that the date of the item number you are reporting, make a sure you always go to your sold or unsold items and find the number of the first listing and provide ebay with that number, otherwise they wont do anything.
hope this will help you
