Problems with Powersellers Customer Service

Hello everybody!

I got problems with an Italian bidder. I try to contact him since 8 weeks. I sent numerous emails in English and Italian and never got any response. The guy is still active on eBay (I saw the recent bids made last week).
This situation makes me crazy!

I sent emails to the Ebay Powerseller Customer Service - I asked if they are able to contact the guy. I got twice an automatic response - probably generated by the special program, not by the "real" people (I think so because the responses was without any sense and not concerning the subject). The same problem with PayPal: I got three payments for the same item, I sent the report, I got the response generated by the program - completely stupid and concerning another subject!!

Do you have similar problems with this service?
Is it real a "dedicated 24/7 eSupport"?

In almost 2 years here I have never had a response to any of my emails to PS support and I was a silver PSer until just a few months ago when I slowed things down.

While I could have used phone support, I prefer email for tracking purposes. As a matter of fact I was demoted to bronze because eBay didnt answer my 3-4 requests to not count the almost 2 months I was not selling on eBay this past spring.

Good luck but dont hold your breath. Dont expect to hear from them, be pleasantly surprised if you do!

I had a problem posting feedback.... received an internal error message.... that told me to check the announcement board for a notice which had no information about the problem.

I emailed Powerseller support and got a reply that it was probably a problem at my end...... gee, it wasn't my web page that was stating internal error....

Ebay policy, if there is a system problem or otherwise....pass the buck.

I thought as a power seller, one of the advantages to us was priority customer support. I must have dreamt that part, sure sounds like your not getting the support you need from Ebay.
