For about a month when I tried to list on Ebay.ca the "add a description" section was stuck in HTML mode, instead of the preferred Standard mode. There is no toolbar in the HTML mode to allow you to alter text size, centre your text, add color etc. The tabs for HTML and Standard were nowhere to be seen in the "add a description" area when adding a new listing. When editing previously listed items that had been listed using the Standard format, they appeared showing the codes for paragraph, alignment, centering etc. and as there is no tool bar in HTML mode showing font, size, saved insert options etc. so I could not effectively do any editing. I did not have this problem in my Ebay.com site. Any new listings I had to settle for straight wording as I could not centre my text, add any saved inserts or even choose a font size without the toolbar.
Now the problem has corrected itself in that the HTML and Standard tabs have reappeared in the "add a description" area in the Ebay.ca site, but when I try to add a saved insert to the listing nothing happens.. Again, this is not a problem in the Ebay.com site. Is there something I can do or should I call customer support? Is there website updating going on in Ebay.ca that could be affecting the appearance and function of my account and I wonder if anyone else has been having this problem?
If you using IE internet Explorer, add Compatibility View...

If you using IE internet Explorer, add Compatibility View setting from Tools at your computer.
