Question about SMPro

I'm looking for a system that will help me track my inventory more effectively; does Selling Manager Pro produce a report listing current inventory with cost prices and totals (for accounting purposes)?

Nope, it doesn't. It will track your inventory, but will not provide reports, printable or otherwise. I use Quickbooks Pro Retail Edition. Works great for my accounting and my inventory management.

I was trying to find something that would not require constant manual updating every time an item sells, but looks like I'm out of luck!

It will automatically update your inventory, but will not provide any reporting. You also have to remember to update the inventory manually whenever you make a purchase.

Sellers Manager pro will allow you to imput your cost of the item , your shipping cost

It will break it down into each colum

Seller Manager pro will also tell you how offten the item sells

Right, but at the end of every month/quarter/year I need the overall value of my inventory, and if SMPro does not produce reports I won't get that.

Can you use a CSV. file with simply accounting?

I was having a closer look at the SMP and it looks great but my needs are not so much the inventory management and reporting as simply accounting and crystal reports handles this for me. When it comes down to the better bulk lister, do you beleive that SMP is still a better choice than Turbo Lister?
Also it claims to allow you to print shipping labels but is this feature not useless if you are using Canada Post's OBC?

I use Turd lister and SMP as well . Both work well together
