I don't understand how a seller who has received multiple negative feedback can be permitted to remain as a seller on Ebay. I noticed a seller by the name of Hydrogenpr who has a 92% rating(hands down the lowest I've seen) with 14 negative feedback in past month and a remarkable 31 negative feedbacks in past 6 months!!! That's redonkulous!!! How does he still have an account?! Any ideas? I'm guessing he must have to pay through the nose to maintain an account

Well, 'karc9000', he doesn't have any listings up, and with a shipping time DSR of 3.9, not to mention the others, it may be that ebay has shut him down. You're not likely to see "Hah! We got 'im!" on his profile page, but he may end up as "No longer a registered user". Either way, by the looks of his feedback, no one is ever going to buy from him again.
