I have received another neutral from a new ebay buyer who thinks this is a positive. I gave her a negative as I asked her to let me know that it arrived OK and, of course, this is her answer, then she tells me she gave me positive feedback. She says she is going to a moderator. That is fine, I would love to have mine removed. Should I also go to a moderator (Square Trade?) Any chance of getting this neutral off? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
If she does go thru Square Trade, just make sure that you say that you will agree IF your neutral is removed as well. Just make it a condition, should be no problem.
