Repeat customer FB retroactive to 1996!!!

I had to read that one twice but it looks as if we are going to get repeat FB credits to 1996? Isn't that when eBay began?

Repeat is in effect, initially only for purchases after Feb. 19th, later (not exactly sure when) we get credit for old repeats and at the same time an old negs from NARU'd users will be removed.

I expect to be an instant shooting star!

eBay started in 1995. Repeat feedbacks only count when the purchase was made in different weeks. Multiple purchases made in one week will still only count once.
