Is there anyone out there who can help me with SMP inventory items, because eBay support sure can’t…???
I seemed to have stumped them with the following issue/question:
Inventory item “X” in Selling Manager Pro indicates 29 units “on hand” with 17 “sold-waiting to ship”
I click on the 17 “sold-waiting to ship” and can see that 6 of the 17 units are actually allocated to un-paid items that I have received a FVF credit for.
My question is… How do I get these 6 units returned to my “available to list” total so that I am not constantly being prompted to purchase more inventory when I don’t really have to.
I tried archiving them which does not return them to “available”, and eBay’s claim that they “should” automatically be returned to “available” when the FVF Credit is granted is simply inaccurate, because my total on hand would be inflated if it were accurate as they are still showing as part of the 29 units “on hand”
I can’t afford a 3rd party platform at this point so will somebody PLEASE HELP !!!!
