If you haven't filed a Item not received with paypal you are too
late as it had to be filed within 45 days of payment and that has passed.
If you paid with a credit card through paypal then phone the 1-800
number on the back of your card and see about doing a chargeback.
Have all your info handy when you call.
If you didn't pay with a credit card you are probably out our money.
Never le anything go past 43 days without filing a claim.
