Hi, just wondering if someone can tell me the proper way to deal with this as it's never happened to me before.
I've won/bought an item.
Paid via Pay-Pal as soon as the auction ended.
Never heard a word from the seller.
I've tried to contact them several times.
Ebay's despute system said to wait 10 days before doing anything. I did.
The money is still unclaimed, so now that the 10 days have passed, I'm going to take it back.
I just don't want any sort of negitive feedback from this.
Anyone know how I deal with this through E-bay?
