Is there a setting to browse and buy only in specific countries and excluding others. For browsing and buying purposes only?

Yes, on the left hand side of your screen after you enter the item you are searching for you will see a lot of information like categories, condition, etc. and one of those options will be item location. You can choose Canada, North America or world wide.

Choose "Advanced" beside the blue SEARCH box at the top of the page. Scroll down, and under "Location" you have the option to choose whatever country you wish.

Hello 'pandorattanne',
As the others have pointed out, you can select one of 3 regions from the Item Location on the left side of
your Search page. You can choose to view only from a particular country via the Advanced link beside the
Search bar. But what you cannot do, alas, is check off all those countries from which you would like to buy
- thus excluding those others - from a comprehensive list of countries selling on ebay.
Sadly.
The only other thing you can do is 'go visiting'. On ebay Canada you can choose Canada Only as well as
North America from the Item Location. You can go to other world ebays and do the same thing, choosing
from their location offerings.
Not much, but better than nothing.
