Shipping / Mailing labels are not working properly in PayPal.

Just spoke with PayPal in Arizona and it seems Windows 10 isn't doing what we expect when in comes to creating Shipping Labels using PayPal.    The label prints with VOID and SAMPLE even though the other information is correct.    Anybody any experience.  I've tried Firefox, IE, Edge........none are working properly

Just come on here to ask the same question.  Only getting the SAMPLE VOID label to print. Have purchases waiting to be shipped.  I have Windows 10 and Edge.
