When the software that I bought reached me, it was not the full retail package that was described in the posting. The software I received is sold as a student version and isn't for resale. Ebay policy does't permit selling it, and the only way it could be posted on ebay was under false pretenses.
What do I do now?

What to do if you don't receive an item or it doesn't match the seller's description

I don't think it is necessary to tell you, since your post is calm and reasonable, but when you ask your seller for a refund for the reasons you gave us, a calm and non-confrontational attitude is more likely to be successful than vulgarity, threats and exclamation marks.
But others will read this thread too, so it is always worth mentioning.
