Store Referral Credit?????

Hi. This one might be easy to answer and maybe I have just missed something....
I sold a couple of items last weekend out of my store. After the sales were made, I received significant "Store Referral Credit" on my ebay selling account. One item I sold for $319.20 had initial selling fees of $18.71 and a "Store Referral Credit" right under it for $14.03.
Can anyone tell me how this happened and how I can get it to keep happening?

Promote, promote, promote.

Every e-mail I send out to customers has my store link with the referral code attached. Provided they aren't logged into ebay when they click on the link...any purchase they make is eligible for a referral credit.

Don't forget to include the ?refid=store on the end of your URL.
