Have you set up a paypal account.

The email address for the paypal and ebay accts should be the same in order to receive payment.

If PayPal is different , add your ebay one. Can have up to 8 on your PP account so no reason to delete any..

Make sure the 2 accounts are linked..

I'm getting the same error message. I DO have a paypal account and it is listed with the same email address as my ebay account

add your eBay email address to your existing Pay Pal account.

For example if your eBay email address is fred@fred.com and you have a Paypal account with the email address harry@harry.com, you need to ADD fred@fred.com to your Paypal account.

Simple when you know but very confusing when you dont.
