Don't know same for me but for some item. The worst is that my brother can! Restricted in some country my !

My guess is that you are French Canadian right? I'm from Québec and my Chrome browser is set in French and eBay doesn't work right with both. If I type the same adress in Internet Explorer it works fine but I'm not going to use IE so the only work around I found is to set your Chrome settings in English in the Advanced Options. It used to work anyway but I haven't tried in a while.

French Canadians buyers have been having this problem FOR YEARS but eBay is not adressing it so I now go much less on eBay except with my phone. I can't even see my own listings!
