A customer was not completely satisfied with our product and when we offered to replace it or give a full refund, the customer refused and threatened to leave negative feedback. What can we do about this issue through eBay so that negative feedback does not show on our site? Is there a way to appeal on eBay regarding this situation? Our customer was actually happy with the product but wanted customization and thought she had indicated that by email. Our records showed no specific request for customization and so did not customize. She accuses us of lying and wants to leave negative feedback.

When you say negative feedback, do you mean a negative response? It's kind of confusing since you did not receive any negative feedback in your profile.

You're suggesting that buyer may be vindictive and leave negative. Ebay would not remove unless it violates..
