It is automatically set to do that when a refund is issued. Annoying, I know.

You should be careful about the "bad" feedback you left recently. Sellers notice it and may not let you buy from them if they know you leave bad feedback.

Does the negative feedback you left recently refer to the transaction you posted about? You got a refund, the item now shows as "unpaid" - this has nothing to do with the seller. It is the way the eBay system is set up. Be a good buyer and change that feedback - it may lead sellers to block you so you can't buy from them. Here is a link:
