Valet service?

I was experimenting with some Product Identifiers as per the Spring Update and, when I floated over to ebay.com to do some comparisons, I got some thing that said they wanted to take my item and offer it as a 'Valet Service' thereby selling it for me?

It had the NEW ballon next to it.

Does this mean what I think it does?

The account I was trying to generate UPC results with is new. I created an account on ebay.com only to experiment with the USCart/UKBasket problem encountered by buyers at my ebay.ca store. Therefore, ebay.com rightly thought I was a newbie. Do you suppose this is coming to ebay.ca? Didn't they try this with iPhones and stuff in 2012 to be met with limited success?

It's interesting to see what they want for product versus don't want. It seems a little more official than a Trading Assistant program which is, if I remember correctly, little more than a list of people you can talk to and maybe send your stuff to. And that's where ebay concludes its involvement whereas this sounds to me like Sold by ___ and Fulfilled by ____ like somewhere else online than we could name. No?

I saw this just today (Feb 12, 2016) on .COM.  Wondering if they are re-visiting it?  Agree with you mjwl2006,  Sounds a lot like F.llf.llm.nt by Am.z.n to me.
