Why is it that some sellers will not post feedback before the buyer posts their's

Why is it that some sellers will not post feedback before the buyer posts theirs

Because like me they do not see the deal as complete till they know the customer is satisfied.

And if the customer turns out to be a pita they won't leave FB at all.
