Greetings!
Anyone else here selling video games? I currently sell PC games, Playstaion 2 X-Box, etc. etc.
I carry multiple copies of most and am able to offer my own private insurance.
My problem right now is that my inventory control isn't always as up to par as it could be.
No Sales Pitch or Spam etc. here, just tha rather than have to occasionally inform a Buyer that I'm temporarily out of stock for their game, it would be super if I could outsource it with another seller.
In other words, I would just be passing the sale(s) on to you with a 'drop-ship' type of delivery to them.
I feel that this would best serve another seller and myself as I would still be able to deliver rather than have them wait.
Your askibg price will be fine.

Thanx, -Jeff

Actually Central, I sell very few 'used' games (no used DVD's). I have tried in the past but the good money (and feedback) is in Brand new games.
As for mark-up, I just use a same time old strategy that has worked for me, and that is a Minimum of 100% mark-up or Minimum $100 net profit on higher ticket items.
Like anything else, you need the best suppliers (not "middlemen") and of couse, a lot of research.
I notice that you and a lot of others sell jewelry, I've considered it but although I have the business knowledge, even contacts, I don't really know anything about Gemology (is that the right word?).
Bottom line tho is that most of my games are anywhere from 300-1000% mark-up (Gross). I don't know how anyone could survive with less to be onest-injin.

ya guess your right finding a good supplyer is key . Id love to find one just no time to make some calls prolly better then emails .

Ya think jewelery is a good area I used to sell light gold items they would make good money But no time for that ither .

I was buying a pile of scrap gold about 2000+ grams a month but with gold going up i have slowed down alot . You get alot of good gems / Some times diamonds in scrap gold (normally smaller onz .25 karat and down Still worth something .

I think its a really good money making feild if you know what your doing and if you can find a jeweler to set diamonds in rings for cheap . But there would be a costly learning curve im sure always those bloody learning curves LOL >
