I'm just reading trough different topics and come with idea about wining meter... In plain English: good and whiny customers. Here is my list (nothing personal pure statistics):

Canada:

Top 3 the Best customers:

1. Alberta
2. Manitoba
3. NT

Top 3 Worse whiners:

1. BC
2. Toronto
3. Vacant


USA:

Good:

1. TX
2. NC
3. MI

Whiners:

1. CA
2. NY
3. NJ

For fun we can keep score altogether. Starting from 0 today... 🙂

Finally , someone has decided to keep tabs on the cry babies on ebay , i would like to suggest that you keep track by trading name . this way anyone having problems with one of these sooks can see in an instant if they are one of these email you twice a day people .....where is my pkg i bought yesterday .. you thief .. eventhough i live on the otherside of the planet !! get my point .

Well there is less and less of it, but you have to have breaks too..

Canada - Best Customers
1- Sask - quick payments
2- MB (usually WPG)- Most pick the stuff up!
3- Ontario

Canada - Most Difficult
1- Alberta (3 dif bounced cheques! They are 3 of the 4 Canadian ones I have EVER had)
2- Quebec - couple non-payers - ("too high to ship"...oiy)

USA - Best Customers

1- Pretty much most states!


Most - Difficult
1- Hawaii - 1/2 have high shipping complaints
2- NY - 1/4 of them have been nonpayers.....although 4 bought just before 9/11..never received payment nor replies from emails after that...Yes, that thought occurred to me...sad to say...Did they work in/near the Towers? I don't know. Haven't kept track of their accounts to see if they are still bidding.
